With Samsung's release of the Galaxy S4 Zoom, I'm really curious to see if this will also be a issue/problem with this camera phone (and other phones with optical zoom). now it wont go back in, and one side is in more then the other due to the angle of the fall, i read the comments with the same exz75 owners I`m not getting any messages come up. Eventually i slowly applied pressure on the focas len, and the zoom mechinism, when it was switching off, and it make a click. Once, when turning on the camera when the battery was very low, the lens extended, the camera turned itself off with the lens still extended.After recharging the battery, when I turn Simply - VERY GENTLY - press down the lens on the side where the gap is the biggest. SO then I made sure it was switched off (took battery out) and then I pushed down again until I heard another click and that seemed to do the trick.
