The jumper is blue and will be connected to two of the three pins on the motherboard. -Remove the jumper block for a second (apparently this clears the memory?) then reconnect It's still kind of broken, though. Do not disconnect the PS/2 keyboard while the computer is on. Any red or yellow flags? Should be a simple matter of getting a new keyboard.And you've got to love those error messages don't you? Two of the six ports on the back worked but none of the others did.
