I used my palm pilot which has slot for these memory cards and downloaded them that way. I've had to perform this procedure twice now, the first time about a year ago. It's tricky to find with knowing where it belongs, as the slot is not very big at all. Any suggestions to take care of this my self I am looking to do it myself. it worked a treat the second time, leaving the battery out for a hour does appear to be a crucial part of the process.
